You may return unused, unopened candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you would like to exchange a candle for a different scent or product, please follow the return process and indicate your desired exchange item. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company first, as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@beautydepartment.world.
For international orders, return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
